1. A Restricted Privilege may not be granted to any faction member in a New Republic nationalized company without the authorization of the below listed sentients. Associate Ministers can be granted the right to speak on the behalf of an Advisory Councillor if so deemed by the Advisory Council. 
 
2. Restricted Privileges are to be granted on a case by case basis; simply because an individual already has one Restricted Privilege does not entitle them to another. 
 
3. The Restricted Privileges are as follows: 
* Expel Members / Members: 5 / (Director of New Republic Intelligence Service) 
* Send Credits / Finance 2 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Make Over Ships / Ships 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Make Over Vehicles / Vehicles 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Make Over Items / Items 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Make Over Droids / Droids 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Make Over NPCs / NPCs 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Any A/E Level (Director of New Republic Intelligence Service or the Chief of Military Operations) 
* Any GNS Post (High Ambassador) 
* Make Over Space Stations / Space Stations 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Make Over Facilities / Facilities 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Make Over Cities / Cities 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* Make Over Raw Materials / Materials 4 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor) 
* NPC Edit, Fire / NPC Management 2,3 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor)
* Assign Datacards / Production 3 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor or the Director of the New Republic Intelligence Service) 
* Second In Command / Second In Command 1 / (Corresponding Advisory Councillor and the Director of the New Republic Intelligence Service) 
 
4. During faction inspections, officially recognized and public New Republic Intelligence Service command officers may be granted Restricted Privileges for the duration of the inspection with the approval of the Director of the New Republic Intelligence Service.
