Awarded by the Supreme Commander with the consent of the Advisory Council (Civil or Military, as appropriate) as the highest award in the Rebel Alliance to those who, while engaged in action with the enemy, go far above and beyond the call of duty, selflessly risking their own lives for the good of the Rebel Alliance and her citizens.
